New to the area and was recommended from a long time resident to bring my 2017 Lincoln Mark LT here. Gerald, Steve, and Lindsey (I think that's her name (front desk rep) were phenomenal. Customer service IS superior. The diagnosis was spot on. Steve explained thoroughly the issue with my truck and made it to where I understood. My truck was in and out and completely in better condition. Work included an oil change, and spark plug (8)/ coil replacement with induction cleaning. I was satisfied and expectation met. I will definitely be back. As a bonus, if you get there at 7a on a Saturday, they have hot oatmeal for breakfast! I missed that service though. I recommend All Pro Tune Up!

Where do I begin! When my car first broke I called numerous of places and no one would touch my car, either cause the age of my car which really isn't that old, 1997, or because the issue, security system locked me out of my car where it wouldn't crank, or a combination of both. I was eventually referred to Gerald at All Pro Tune Up. Once my tow truck driver came and picked up my vehicle and found where my car was going he started to tell me bad reviews on All Pro. So of course now I am second guessing all things but at this point I had no choice. I didn't know where else I could take my car. So I was just along for the " ride " now. I originally talked to Gerald on the phone before having my car towed there and he was very polite and even gave me some things to try at home first, which I already had before calling around looking for a shop. Once my car made it to the shop I received a text stating it was there and was put on the work list. I kept hearing things like " they are over priced " " they purposely break stuff so you have to come back " " they will quote you one price and charge you another " and " your a women, they are gonna take advantage of you ". So as I sat patiently in the unknown of what was really wrong with my car which felt like forever but was only a few days cause they were closed for one of the days. They called and I spoke with Steve who explained what was wrong and quoted me a price. I also received an email with a break down of the problem discussed on the phone. He was also very kind. Now I just wait for the part to come in, them to fix it and go from there. The very next day Steve called back and said it was all fixed. I was good to go. Same price he quoted me the day before. Needless to say I was very pleased with the service. The staff I dealt with was very kind. I don't fell I was over charged at all. I don't usually do reviews too often but I felt I needed to share my good experience with this shop as I heard some negative things. Some ppl may have had some bad experience's but honestly that's gonna be any shop you go to. I am grateful for my experience and if I need a mechanic again I will be going back!

We were traveling on a camping trip and had an engine problem. AAA recommended All Pro and I was very well taken care of. Super nice people and very professional.

Do not leave your car in their care, big scam going on with stealing catalytic converter‘s!

I had a fantastic first experience with All Pro Tune Up. I found the owner, Gerald, to be very friendly, conscientious and kind. My service manager, Dennis, was honest and transparent about services needed and prices. I went in for a cooling system diagnosis on my Ford F350 diesel truck. The technicians went above and beyond with a hose clamp adjustment, pressure test and road test. I went back for an automatic transmission fluid change and power steering fluid change. Steve, my service manager for this visit, made sure the work was done to professional grade standards. He was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. My experience with All Pro Tune Up has been very positive. I like this small, family owned repair shop that provided quality service at a fair price. it's my first choice for auto repair near Milton Florida.
