If you need anything go see these folks. I live in mobile now and will drive over just for them to work on my car. If they can’t fix it (which is rare) they’ll find someone local that can. One of the few places left I know I can send my Wife or Mama to and not have to think twice about it. I can not say enough about this place. I had to tape a window up after the motor died, to note I used the worse possible tape, they went the extra mile to clean up all the old tape, and make it look better than the day it came home from the dealership. You can’t beat the home town service, they treat you like you are family. Go to these folks for what you need!!!!!!!!

This place is 10/10! My Mini Cooper was overdue for break fluid change and tire rotation and I was able to get it serviced within a day of my initial call. The total job cost was under $200 and I was advised that the tires looked like they needed to be replaced instead of rotated - considering that this place doesn't replace tires, I really appreciate the honesty in the fact that they didn't try to hush it up and do the tire rotation anyway to make more money on the job. People working here are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. All Pro Tune Up is now my family's go-to auto repair shop.

I usually do all my own work, but at my age I decided to get someone else do the work, so for the first time in my life I took my car to a garage. I called around to several shops only to be told by many that they don't work on make and model. I found a shop that said they could work me in so I was on my way there, then my car quit moving, it just happened to be across the street from All Pro. I went across the street and talked to Steve (Steven) and gave him my keys. Within a couple hours he called and told me what the issue was and gave me a quote. It took a couple days to get the part and they called me when it was ready. My car is running and driving great as usual. the shop did the repairs and didn't try to up sell me on anything, and within a few dollars of the original quote I'm on the road again. Being a mechanic all my life, it's refreshing knowing for the first time I turned my car over to a shop, they were professional, honest, and do great work.

I rented a RV for vacation and ended up having to cancel the reservation due to a family emergency. All Pro Tune Up was able to cancel the reservation. I know this may not sound like a big deal but, I was impressed with the person who took my call. They were very understanding, compassionate, and professional. They have outstanding customer service, in todays world that's hard to find.

Very busy shop but is always true of a good honest business. They replaced the entire wiring harness inside the dash and I can not tell that the dash was removed and put back . Great customer care . Thanks so much .

I have a 1983 DeLorean that needed an oil change. The oil drain plug was a special plug from when it was built. It was a little boogered up so the insert would not catch. They did an excellent job figuring out how to get the oil plug out. Kudos for thinking outside the box 👍.

Stephen is very knowledgeable. He always tells me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait a little bit. I will never take a car anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. My car would not start and was a simple issue of cleaning battery terminals and tightening clamps. They tested the battery to make sure it was in good condition and that solved the problem. They also looked the car over while it was there and recommended some other repairs that need to be done to prevent getting stranded and causing even greater more expensive repairs.

Everyone there is very responsive and courteous. Service and pricing is on point. Steve is especially superb with service and communication. I trust this team with all my vehicles.
